Order Processing

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days of payment confirmation. Custom-branded items are made to order and take approximately 25-40 days in total, covering design, production, and shipping, before they reach you.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated by the carrier, not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs processing, local carriers, or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Rimanto Jewelry.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
