Change of mind

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a refund. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return postage is at your own cost.

Faulty or wrong item

If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us first — we'll cover the return postage and sort it out.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct swaps. Return the item you have for a refund, then place a new order for what you'd like instead — that way you're not waiting on us to receive the old one first.

How to start a return

Email rimantojewelry@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 24 hours with instructions on where to send it. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us.

Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
