6-Month Warranty

All RIMANTO Jewellery pieces are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This covers faults in materials or workmanship, such as clasps or fastenings failing under normal use, or plating that flakes off in a way that is clearly a manufacturing fault rather than everyday wear.

This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, tarnishing from normal use, damage caused by contact with water, perfume, lotion, or chemicals, or accidental damage.

How to make a warranty claim

Contact us at rimantojewelry@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo of the item. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with next steps.

Caring for your jewellery

To help your pieces last: remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying perfume and lotion, and store pieces separately in a dry place to avoid scratching or tangling.
